LÉVIS, QC, April 27, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Desjardins Inc. announced that it has called for redemption all of its outstanding $500 million principal amount at 5,541% Series F Senior Notes due 2021.
The Notes will be redeemed on June 1st, 2016 at a price equal to the principal amount thereof, together with accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding June 1st, 2016.
