CAPITAL PRO-ÉGAUX INC. TERMINATES DISCUSSIONS FOR A POTENTIAL REVERSE

LACHENAIE, QC, Dec. 16 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") (TSX Venture: CPE) announces that discussions have terminated by mutual agreement regarding the potential acquisition of a new business that, if completed, would have resulted in a reverse take-over of the Company. The discussions relating to such an acquisition were previously announced in the Company's press release of September 2, 2010.
