Capital Pro-Égaux Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc, has received the Germany court decision on the nullity action filed by Nobel Biocare
LACHENAIE, QC, Oct. 2, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") reports that on Friday, September 28th 2012, the "Company" has been advised, through the attorneys of its wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc., that the German court has decided in favor of the plaintiff Nobel Biocare at the conclusion of the oral hearing on the subject of the nullity proceedings in the matter of Sinlab's German Technobar patent no 1,043,960, filed by Nobel in August of 2010.
The written DETAILED decision will be communicated, by the German court, in the next two to three months and the "Company" will have a one month period to request an appeal and a three months period to file its written appeal document.
Kindly note that further to our review of the German oral hearing decision, as reported by our German attorneys, that the "Company" will be appealing this decision in due time and, that the recent German decision has no bearing on the 22 other patents owned by the "Company" in Europe, Canada and the USA.
