D'USINAGE SINLAB INC, HAS RECEIVED COURT ACTIONS FILED BY NOBEL BIOCARE IN
GERMANY AND ITALY
LACHENAIE, QC, Aug. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") reports that it's wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc., has received translated court actions from Nobel Biocare to attempt to nullify the company German and Italian superstructure patent1,043,960 issued September 3rd of 2003.
These procedures are filed by Nobel Biocare subsequently to a COURT ACTION filed on June 25th, 2010 by Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc against BioCad Medical Inc, a Québec city based company wholly owned by Nobel Biocare, for patent infringement of the Company Canadian patent 2,575,964 issued on 27th of May 2008.
