Capital Pro-Égaux Inc.(TSXV: CPE.H) announces the European Patent Office (EPO) decision on the outstanding appeal filed by a German company against the "Company" wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc.
MORIN-HEIGHTS, QC, Jan. 30, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") reports that, the "Company" has been advised, through the European patent attorney of its wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc., that the German EPO court has rendered their non appealable decision in favor of the defendant Sinlab Inc at the conclusion of the oral hearing on the subject of the appeal proceedings in the matter of Sinlab's European Technoguide patent, filed by Sicat in the first quarter of 2010.
The EPO will be communicating their written report in the coming weeks detailing their decision of "MAINTAINING THE OPPOSED PATENT AS GRANTED"
