Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins to announce its 2020 results and Notice of Annual General Meeting

MONTRÉAL, Feb. 4, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins (CRCD) will announce its 2020 financial results via news release on Thursday, February 11, 2021, around noon.

Moreover, CRCD will virtually hold its 20^th Annual General Meeting on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. via webcast. All of the details together with the link to attend the AGM are available on CRCD's website at www.capitalregional.com/AGM.

The Board of Directors set February 15, 2021 as the record date to determine the shareholders that are entitled to receive the Notice of meeting and to exercise their voting rights at the Annual General Meeting.
