Capstone Mining Reports Annual General Meeting Voting Results
VANCOUVER, May 10, 2013 /CNW/ - Capstone Mining Corp. ("Capstone") (TSX: CS) today announced the voting results from its 2013 Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
A total of 168,723,111 voting shares were voted at the meeting, representing 44.48% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows:
