CARBON FRIENDLY APPOINTS WILLIAM P. C. HUDSON TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

C. Hudson a seasoned successful entrepreneur with 35 years of wide ranging international experience, to the Company's Board of Director's.
About William P. C. Hudson
Founder in 1992 of The Domus Group, a private holding company comprised of a number of corporations and partnerships investing in and developing real property in South Texas. This includes Paseo de la Resaca in Brownsville, Texas a 1,000 acre Master Planned Community with 2,600 households and over $300 million of tax base created to date. His commercial development includes numerous single and multi-tenant retail office and public buildings totalling over two million square feet. Mr. Hudson is President of PDLR land Company Inc. and manages the general partners of several investment and holding partnerships associated with the project. Mr. Hudson is also co-owner of WHMB Management LLC, a property management company.
Co-founder in 1989 of International UNP Holdings Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange company headquartered in Toronto, Canada and Warsaw, Poland. "UNP" was organized to invest in the numerous investment opportunities in Poland that emerged when Poland initiated the "New Europe" by replacing the Communists with the free market and Rule of Law Principles (Solidarity). Mr. Hudson was a key team leader in the acquisition of control of the public shell corporation, designing the business plan, assembling a first-rate board and competent management team. He was instrumental in raising the initial $20 million of investment capital for the company that was market dominant in electric hot water heating equipment, bakery equipment and food packaging machinery in Poland.
Co-Founder in 1979 of Hudson & Hudson, Partners, a Texas general partnership that managed real estate, mineral exploration & production and securities investments. Successes included new natural resource companies and several niche-market commercial and office real estate developments in Austin and San Antonio. Majority holdings were sold to acquire control of International UNP.
From 1975 to 1980, Mr. Hudson was a Geologist with the Continental Oil Company (Conoco) Minerals department in Kennedy Falls City, Austin and San Antonio, Texas offices. Mr. Hudson retired from Conoco to start Hudson and Hudson.
From 1968 to 1997, Director, First Valley Bank Group, Inc. a $450 million bank with branches in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. As Chair of Executive Compensation and Capital committees, Mr. Hudson was crucial in growing the bank 10-fold, while retaining strong earnings. His Directorship ended with the sale of the bank to Wells Fargo Bank
Mr. Hudson is fluent in Spanish and graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Geology in 1975.
Resignation
CFS announces the resignation of Michael Young as CEO and Director. CFS would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Young for his contribution and dedication during his time with the Company.
Stan Lis the Company's current President will be acting as Interim CEO until such time as a suitable candidate is appointed.
