Cassels Brock lawyer Jayne Edmonds receives ABA Forum on Franchising Future
Leaders Award
TORONTO, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP lawyer Jayne Edmonds is one of only two recipients of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising Future Leaders Award.
This is the first year for the award, which is open to the more than 2,000 American and international members of the ABA Forum.
Ms. Edmonds was selected as an award recipient for demonstrating a substantial commitment to the Franchising Forum by undertaking significant leadership efforts, which included:
- Mentoring other members or law students interested in pursuing careers in franchise law.
- Working on membership marketing or other outreach efforts.
- Assisting with special projects undertaken by the Forum Governing Committee or a Forum Division.
- Assisting with the Forum's annual meeting.
"I'm honoured to receive this award from the ABA Forum on Franchising," noted Ms. Edmonds.
