TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - Cassels Brock lawyer Deborah S. Grieve has been elected as the Director responsible for Canada of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

In fact, she is one of only a few lawyers certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law.
