TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - Cassels Brock lawyer Deborah S. Grieve has been elected as the Director responsible for Canada of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).

A partner in Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP Insolvency and Restructuring Group, Ms. Grieve has practised exclusively in corporate restructuring and insolvency for 25 years.  In fact, she is one of only a few lawyers certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law.
