Catalina Metals Corp. Receives Approval of Name Change to True Grit Resources Ltd.

VANCOUVER, July 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Catalina Metals Corp. (NEX: CTX.H) (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the change of company name to True Grit Resources Ltd.

In connection with the name change, the trading symbol for common shares of the Company has changed to "TGI.H" effective June 28, 2012.
