Catch the Wind announces change to board of directors
MANASSAS, VA, June 17 /CNW/ - Catch the Wind Ltd. (TSX-V: CTW.S) today announced that Mr. Richard McGraw did not stand for re-election to the board of directors at the Company's recent annual meeting of shareholders and has resigned, effective June 16, 2010, as a director of the Company and from each committee of the board. Going forward, Mr. McGraw will continue to work with the Company in an advisory capacity.
