Cathedral Energy Services acquires additional production testing units and personnel

CALGARY, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Cathedral Energy Services Ltd. (the "Company" or "Cathedral" /TSX: CET) is pleased to announce it has closed the acquisition of the production testing business of a private company which provided services in Alberta. The operating assets acquired include two production testing units and related auxiliary equipment. As part of this transaction, Cathedral will be hiring field staff to crew 4 jobs. The additional field staff will assist in the deployment of Cathedral's overall fleet of production testing units.
Cathedral now has 64 production testing units of which 39 are deployed in Canada and 25 in the United States. Cathedral's 2012 capital build out of production testing equipment continues and 2 testing units are expected to be delivered in 2012 Q1.
