This marks the second year in a row that Catherine has been included in the Top 100 Awards, which celebrate the accomplishments of Canada's top female executive talent as well as their organizations and networks. Catherine's strategic vision, leadership and contribution to Qtrade's overall corporate performance have been recognized this year with a WXN Corporate Executives Award. She and the rest of this year's winners will be honoured during a gala celebration at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on November 23.
Since joining Qtrade Financial Group nine years ago, Catherine has held a number of senior positions. As a member of the organization's senior executive team, she has built an impressive track record delivering unique financial products and solutions to business partners and clients across Canada.

In addition to her visionary leadership, business acumen and industry expertise, Catherine is recognized for championing workforce diversity, including gender diversity; dedicating time to advocate for financial literacy and for access to meaningful financial advice for Canadians; and personally supporting the growth and development of her team members.
"On behalf of everyone at Qtrade, it's my pleasure to congratulate Catherine on this well-deserved recognition," says Qtrade Financial Group CEO Bill Packham. "With her strategic vision and leadership, she continues to make significant contributions to our business, and we are fortunate to have her on our team. She is committed to supporting her staff and to creating opportunities for them to grow. Equally, she is committed to building high quality solutions for Canadian investors."
According to WXN, the Top 100 Awards serve to recognize talented leaders in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors and to inspire the current and next generation to push the boundaries of what's possible.
"Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards showcases the leaders that are helping to drive positive change and progress and to remind us of the importance of empowering women in our workforce and in the community," says Sherri Stevens, President & CEO of PhaseNyne, a parent company of Women's Executive Network – WXN, Canadian Board Diversity Counsel – CBDC, and Stevens Resource Group - SRG.
