Cayden Closes CAD$9.0 Million Bought Deal Financing
VANCOUVER, April 1, 2014 /CNW/ - Cayden Resources Inc. (TSX.V:CYD, OTCQX: CDKNF) ("Cayden" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced short form prospectus offering of 5,301,500 common shares, which includes 691,500 common shares issued on exercise of the over-allotment option, at an issue price of CAD$1.70 per share for gross proceeds of CAD$9,012,550 (the "Offering"). The Offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Beacon Securities Limited and including Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the "Underwriters").
Under the Offering, the Underwriters received a total cash commission of CAD$630,879 or 7% of the gross proceeds raised, and 159,045 common share purchase warrants entitling the Underwriters to purchase, within 24 months after closing of the Offering, common shares of the Company at CAD$1.70 per common share.
