World's best para-alpine skiers to compete at Panorama, B.C. March 4 to 10
PANORAMA, BC, March 2, 2015 /CNW/ - On the eve of the one-year anniversary of the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games, Canadian para-alpine skiers are set to compete against the world in Panorama, B.C. from March 4 to 10 at the 2015 IPC Alpine Skiing World Championships.
Through a partnership with CBC Sports and SendtoNews, the Canadian Paralympic Committee and Alpine Canada Alpin are excited to bring the action to a Canadian audience via live streaming on cbcsports.ca with highlights and news clips available across various media platforms.
"We are very excited to continue our work with CBC and SendtoNews towards our ongoing commitment to increasing the opportunities for Paralympic sport coverage in Canada," said Martin Richard, Executive Director of Communications and Marketing at the Canadian Paralympic Committee. "We want to continue the legacy set during the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games and showcase our athletes' performances and stories on television and digital as they embark on their journey towards the next Paralympic Games.
