CDR 2007 Private Flow-Through LP to transfer assets to Dynamic Managed
Portfolios Ltd.

TORONTO , Jan. 8 /CNW/ - CDR 2007 Private Flow-Through LP ("CDR 2007 Private" or the "Partnership") announces that on January 5, 2010 , at a special meeting of limited partners of CDR 2007 Private, the limited partners of CDR 2007 Private approved the transfer of the assets of the Partnership to Dynamic Managed Portfolios Ltd. ("DMP Ltd.") on a tax-deferred basis and the subsequent dissolution and winding-up of the Partnership (the "Transaction").

The Partnership intends to complete the Transaction with DMP Ltd. on or about January 29, 2010 , pursuant to which limited partners of CDR 2007 Private will receive shares of DMP Resource Class on a tax-deferred basis. DMP Ltd., an open-ended mutual fund corporation, offers multiple classes of mutual fund shares (the "DMP Funds"), including DMP Resource Class. DMP Resource Class is managed by Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. ("Goodman & Company") and sub-advised by Ravensden Asset Management Inc. DMP Funds are redeemable at their net asset value.

The Transaction remains subject to approval by the independent review committee of the DMP Funds.
