Cease Trade Orders Rescinded

MONTREAL, Aug. 29, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - DMD Digital Health Connections Group Inc. (formerly known as Aptilon Corporation) ("DMD" or the "Company"), today announces that each of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the Ontario Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commission, the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Manitoba Securities Commission has issued an order revoking the cease-trade orders (the "CTOs") that they imposed on the Company in 2012 or 2013. All of the CTOs will be lifted as of August 28, 2014. The Company has filed all outstanding financial statements and other required documents.

The Company has made an application for reinstatement of its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
