TWINSBURG, Ohio, Sept. 12, 2018 /CNW/ -- Due to compact designs, CEIA Generators have been easily integrated inside Forging Machines, for Warm Forming (575°- 1650°F) of all types of fasteners. With a wide range of frequencies and powers, CEIA generators are flexible and able to achieve excellent performance and productivity for both magnetic and non-magnetic materials (Titanium alloy, Nickel, Inconel, Steel).
The Heating Head and the Coil are very compact and can be placed inside the machine pocket, in the area between the feeding rolls and the cutting bushing.
All CEIA Generators are designed to continuously maximize the output power and minimize the energy consumption. The Generator's microprocessor control system, combined with the use of the SLE Optical Pyrometers Family (175° - 3600°F), measures and controls the heating temperature. CEIA Controllers are also fitted with a Thermal Profile and Data Log for the storage of all parameters of each heating cycle. This allows the ability to certify the quality of production as required, especially useful in aerospace and automotive industry. CEIA Generators and Control Unit are all INDUSTRY 4.0 READY.
