Celebrate Asian History Month - Short Films & Panel Discussion

NEW WESTMINSTER, BC, May 13, 2015 /CNW/ - Community members will gather to reflect on and celebrate Asian Heritage Month at a Labour Lens: Film Forum event. The event is free and open to the public.

May is Asian Heritage Month, a time to acknowledge the long and rich history of Asian Canadians and their contributions to Canada. It also provides an opportunity for Canadians across the country to celebrate the contributions of Canadians of Asian who have done much to make Canada the culturally diverse, compassionate and prosperous nation we know today.
