Celebrate Sweetness at the Redpath Canadian Bake Book Launch and Pop-up Shop.

TORONTO, Oct. 3, 2017 /CNW/ - A staple in Canadian households since 1854, Redpath Sugar invites Canadians to join in the joy of baking with the launch of the Redpath Canadian Bake Book.

In partnership with Appetite by Penguin Random House Canada, Redpath Sugar will be celebrating the launch of the Redpath Canadian Bake Book. Guests are invited to have their portrait printed on a cookie, sample treats prepared from recipes of the book and bid in an auction on beautiful art prints of food photography, with all proceeds going to Food Banks Canada.

"We are very excited to finally have this beautiful new Bake Book come to life. It's taken a lot of hard work and effort by all of those involved in a project of this caliber and we are more than thankful to all those involved," says Jonathan Bamberger, President of Redpath Sugar. "With a history as rich as Redpath's, this new Bake Book is sure to become a household staple."

The launch event will also display exclusive pieces from the Redpath Sugar Museum, bringing the history of the brand to life. The pop-up shop opens at 7:00 p.m. on October 5 and runs through Thanksgiving weekend until October 10. Visitors can get their hands on their very own copy of the Bake Book and receive a limited edition Redpath tote bag with purchase.

Supporting their goal to spread sweetness and enrich lives, all proceeds raised from the sales of the photography collection and sales of the Bake Book during the Bake Shop will be donated to Food Banks Canada.
