Celebrate the fine art of writing at Scriptus, Toronto's Pen Show
TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2016 /CNW/ - The historic Toronto Reference Library (789 Yonge Street) is the place to be for writing enthusiasts to gather and celebrate the written word on Sunday October 30th at 10 a.m. Back for its third year, this year's attendees will see an even more impressive and diverse group of exhibitors from around the world.
This year at Scriptus, attendees can look forward to:
fine pens, including fountain pens, old and new;
luxurious stationery from all over the world;
vibrant inks, in all the colours of the rainbow;
learning some calligraphy skills;
having your pens repaired;
an active community of like-minded writers and readers. |
After the roaring success of last year's Maple Red limited edition show ink, we are happy to announce another new colour, available only at the show: Northern Twilight. This ink is a stunning, yet subtle, blue-black, with a strong teal component and a hint of burgundy. Also new this year, attendees can take home a souvenir t-shirt featuring the original patent drawing of the iconic Parker "51" - this shirt will announce your pen addiction to the world!
Admission is free. For more information, please visit ScriptusToronto.com. Scriptus is proudly sponsored by ARTiculations, B. Sleuth & Statesman, House of Fine Writing, Knight's Writing, Laywine's, Phidon Pens, STAEDTLER North America, Stylo.ca and Wonder Pens.
