TORONTO, April 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Nearly one billion people do not have access to clean drinking water, and another 2.6 billion have no access to basic sanitation, like toilets and latrines. This constitutes one of the most lethal, yet solvable, public health emergencies affecting the developing world today.
Join TVO's The Water Brothers at The Blue Bash, an event to support WaterCan, a leading Canadian water charity dedicated to fighting global poverty by helping the world's poorest people gain access to clean water, basic sanitation, and hygiene education.
