MONTRÉAL, Jan. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Drummondville resident Roxanne Zengarli took home $1,000,000 during the televised Célébration 2025 Gala, which aired Sunday, January 12 on TVA. Zengarli says she'll split the prize with her boyfriend, Steeven Daudelin, who gifted her the fortuitous Célébration 2025 ticket for Christmas along with earrings. She shared with us that she wore the earrings to the gala.
Fortune first smiled on Zengarli during the draws for finalists, which started with 45 Célébration 2025 players from various regions across Québec. When host Sébastien Benoit announced she'd won the $1,000,000, she jumped for joy! The winning ticket was purchased at the IGA Extra grocery store on Boulevard Saint-Joseph in Drummondville.
Two wins under her belt
In addition to the $1,000,000, Zengarli also won one of two $50,000 prizes as part of Loto-Québec's Giving Back Is a Win-Win Program. In the coming weeks, Loto-Québec will be donating $50,000 to Comptoir alimentaire Drummond, the non-profit organization she selected. As such, the Drummondville resident has collectively won a whopping $1,050,000!
Two players each take home $100,000
As for the other two finalists—Dany Lepage, who is from Mont-Joli but now resides in Alberta, and Vicky Brochu, who resides in Lévis—they each walked away with $100,000. All the other gala attendees took home prizes of $25,000, $50,000 and $75,000.
Winners of an entry for the televised draw got to attend the Célébration 2025 Gala at the Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau. Véronic DiCaire, Gregory Charles and Sébastien Benoit were back as hosts of the gala, which featured performances by musical artists Patrick Norman, France D'Amour, Louis-Jean Cormier, Sara Dufour, K.Maro, Kim Richardson, Eléonore Lagacé and Rafaëlle Roy, and hip-hop dance crew DM Nation.
Several other prizes, such as a $5,000,000 grand prize and five prizes of $1,000,000, were also drawn among ticket holders at home. All winning numbers are listed on the Célébration 2025 page of the lotoquebec.com website.
