Celtic Minerals Ltd. Announces Stock Option Grant

CALGARY, April 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Celtic Minerals Ltd. ("Celtic" or the "Corporation") announces that it has granted stock options to purchase up to 2,844,463 common shares of the Corporation to certain officers and directors of the Corporation and stock options to purchase up to 750,000 common shares of the Corporation to employees and consultants of the Corporation. The options have an exercise price of $0.03 per common share and expire on April 3, 2017.
