Central Timmins Exploration Corp. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Listing on the TSX Venture Exchange

TORONTO, Oct. 16, 2018 /CNW/ - Central Timmins Exploration Corp. ("CTEC" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: CTEC) is pleased to announce that it has closed its initial public offering ("IPO") of 15,000,000 common shares at a price of C$0.10 per common share (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds of C$1.5 million. The Corporation's common shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") at the close of business on October 15, 2018 and will commence trading today under the symbol "CTEC". PI Financial Corp. (the "Agent") acted as sole agent and bookrunner for the IPO.
In connection with the IPO, the Agent received a cash commission and the Corporation issued to the Agent and members of its selling group non-transferable warrants to purchase up to 1,550,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share and which may be exercised until October 16, 2020.
CTEC has granted to the Agent an over-allotment option, exercisable for a period of 30 days following the date of closing of the IPO, to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 common shares at a price of C$0.10 per common share to cover over-allotments, if any, and for market stabilization purposes.
