Centre for Arts and Technology Announces $475,000 in Scholarships for Diamond Anniversary
KELOWNA, BC, March 9, 2012 /CNW/ - To celebrate its 10 Year Anniversary, Centre for Arts and Technology is pleased to announce they will be awarding scholarships totaling $475,000. To apply for a scholarship, students are asked to fill out an application including a short essay detailing where they see themselves in 10 years time.
The school will also be awarding a $10,000 President's Scholarship to a recipient who has demonstrated passion, determination, and a commitment to his or her future industry of choice.
Scholarships will be awarded to students who enroll in one of the following programs starting in July or October 2012: Animation for Game, Film, and Visual Effects, Audio Engineering, Digital Filmmaking, Event and Promotions Management, Fashion Design and Merchandising, Graphic Design and Web Development, Interior Design, Veterinary Hospital Assistant, or Network Security.
