CEP and Farmers Dairy reach agreement

HALIFAX, Aug. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union has reached a tentative settlement with Farmers Dairy on behalf of its 240 members who were locked out by the company in early July.

The proposed agreement was reached early yesterday. The members, who are part of CEP Local 40N, will be voting on it tomorrow.
