Ceres Announces Voting Results from 2017 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2017 /CNW/ - Ceres Global Ag Corp. (TSX: CRP) ("Ceres" or the "Corporation") announced today the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on November 15, 2017.
The nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated October 20, 2017 were elected as directors of the Corporation. The results of the vote are as follows:

In addition, at the annual and special meeting of shareholders, the shareholders of the Corporation:
- Appointed Wolrige Mahon LLP as the auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorized the directors of the Corporation to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
- Ratified the resolution to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass, a resolution approving an amendment to the Directors' Share and Deferred Share Unit Plan as described in the management information circular ("the Circular").
