Ceres Global Ag Corp. - 2014 annual and special meeting of shareholders
TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2014 /CNW/ - Ceres Global Ag Corp. (TSX: CRP) ("Ceres" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the results of the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Corporation held September 29, 2014 (the "AGM").
The nominees listed in the management information circular dated September 3, 2014 (the "Circular") were elected as directors of the Corporation. The results of the vote are as follows:

In addition, at the AGM, the shareholders of the Corporation: (i) adopted a resolution to confirm and approve the Directors' Deferred Share Unit Plan; (ii) adopted a resolution to confirm and approve the Stock Option Plan; (iii) adopted a resolution to confirm and approve the Employee Share Purchase Plan; and (iv) re-appointed KPMG LLP as auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorized the directors of the Corporation to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
