Ceres Global Ag Corp. Announces Commencement of Previously Announced Rights Offering and Upcoming Informational Conference Call
TORONTO, Nov. 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Ceres Global Ag Corp. (TSX: CRP), ("Ceres" or the "Corporation") today announced the commencement of the subscription period of its previously announced $75 million rights offering (the "Offering"). On October 21, 2014, the Corporation filed a prospectus announcing a fully backstopped rights offering in Canada and the United States. The Corporation will host an informational conference call on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10 a.m. (Toronto time) to discuss the Offering as well as construction progress at its Northgate Commodities Logistics Centre. The 30-minute call (and webcast) will be hosted by management and will include a brief update followed by a Q&A session.
