Ceres Global Ag Corp. Appoints Vice-President of Grain, Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer and Manager of Special Projects
TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2014 /CNW/ - Ceres Global Ag Corp. ("Ceres" or the "Company") (TSX: CRP) announced today that, in addition to his responsibilities as President of Riverland Ag Corporation, Craig Reiners will assume the role of Vice-President of Grain for the Company. Concurrently with the appointment of Craig Reiners, Mark Kucala will become the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Amy Stephenson. Mrs. Stephenson will take on a new role as Manager of Special Projects for the Company.
The appointments of Mr. Reiners, Mr. Kucala and Mrs. Stephenson are effective September 8, 2014. All three positions will report to Patrick Bracken, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ceres.
