Cervus Equipment Corp. Appoints New Director
CALGARY, Sept. 5, 2017 /CNW/ - Cervus Equipment Corporation ("Cervus" or the "Company") (TSX: CERV) today announced that Dan Sobic has been appointed as an additional director of Cervus.

"With global experience in Peterbilt, Kenworth and PACCAR Parts, Mr. Sobic will provide Cervus' board with additional insights into the North American Peterbilt dealer network and a better understanding of the Original Equipment Manufacturers perspective. Having developed international partners in India, China and Australia, Mr. Sobic also brings a wealth of knowledge regarding doing business in the global marketplace."
Dan Sobic joined PACCAR in 1990 as Peterbilt National Sales Manager for PACCAR Parts and became Vice President of PACCAR Inc and General Manager for Peterbilt Motors Company in 2003. Until retiring in early 2016, Dan Sobic was Executive Vice President of PACCAR Inc. where he was responsible for Kenworth Truck Company, PACCAR Parts Division, PACCAR China and PACCAR India. Mr. Sobic holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin, as well as a post-graduate certification from Cornell University and a Masters Degree as a Sloan Fellow from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
