CGA-Canada's Research and Advocacy Activities Receive National Recognition
Sophisticated program of policy, regulatory and advocacy research earns Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) award
"Since expanding our research and advocacy program in recent years, the public's response to our many reports has been extremely positive," said Anthony Ariganello, President and CEO of CGA-Canada. "Our research and advocacy activities have been a tremendous source of pride for the national association, and for CGAs across the country."
CGA-Canada's research and advocacy initiatives strive to educate the public and inform policy makers about important current and emerging issues and to promote greater financial literacy among Canadians. The association also works to strengthen consumer awareness of key issues and ultimately increase consumer confidence in the marketplace.
"Our various reports have certainly raised the visibility of CGA-Canada and the CGA designation overall," said Ariganello. "At the same time, they've made a valuable contribution to Canadians' understanding of critical issues."
