CGE Resources 2010 L.P. Files final Prospectus

POINTE-CLAIRE, QC, June 18 /CNW Telbec/ - CGE Resources 2010 L.P. ('CGE' or the 'Partnership') announces that its Prospectus for the initial public offering of Partnership shares ('Units') in Québec has been receipted by the Autorité des marchés financiers (the 'AMF').

CGE is also pleased to announce its initial closing will occur on or about June 23, 2010.

The maximum offering is $20 million dollars (800,000 Units). The Units are offered at a price of $25 each, subject to a minimum subscription of 200 Units for a total of $5,000, payable at the time of subscription.

The Partnership will primarily invest in flow-through shares of resource issuers engaged primarily in mineral exploration, and, secondarily, in oil and gas exploration, principally in the Province of Québec, with a view to maximizing the tax benefit of an investment in the Units, and achieving capital appreciation. The funds of the Partnership will be invested in a manner so that limited partners will be entitled to claim certain tax deductions for income tax purposes during the 2010 taxation year.

Units are offered by a syndicate of Agents led by Desjardins Securities Inc. and includes Industrial Alliance Securities Inc., Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation.
