MONTREAL , Jan. 13 /CNW Telbec/ - CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB), a leading provider of end-to-end information technology and business process services, will host its Annual General Meeting of shareholders and release its fiscal 2010 first quarter results on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 . The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Omni Mont-Royal Hotel in Montreal (1050 Sherbrooke Street West) in Montreal at 11 a.m. (EST ). CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
