CGI Infrastructure Services Contract with Desjardins will end in 2011

MONTREAL, April 8 /CNW Telbec/ - CGI has announced today that its IT infrastructure services contract with La Fédération des caisses Desjardins will not be extended beyond its current term, ending in April 2011.
CGI remains a major partner to Desjardins for its high-end consulting services as part of its existing long-term contracts. In addition, CGI has a contract to provide payroll services until September 30, 2017.
As the infrastructure contract will run its course, there will be no impact on CGI's order backlog, which currently stands at $11.4 billion.
