CGI Renews and Expands its IT Outsourcing Contract with Bombardier Aerospace

MONTREAL, Oct. 5 /CNW Telbec/ - CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB), a leading provider of information technology (IT) and business process services, and Bombardier Aerospace, today announced the signing of a renewed and expanded IT outsourcing contract. The five-year contract is valued at approximately US$160 million.
CGI will be responsible for delivering various types of IT infrastructure services to Bombardier Aerospace, including end-user device support, service desk, telephony and local area network. CGI is also responsible for Canadian legacy application support.
