MONTRÉAL, Dec. 5, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy Waller as a new member of its Board of Directors. Ms. Waller is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of Enabling Services at The Coca-Cola Company, where she leads its global finance, technical and shared services organizations. After 32 years with the company, she recently announced her plans to retire in March 2019.

Ms. Waller is a Director of Beyond Meat, Inc. and Delta Air Lines, Inc. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Spelman College, The Woodruff Arts Center and she acts as Vice Chair of the Advisory Board of Catalyst, a global nonprofit working with some of the world's most powerful CEOs and leading companies to help build workplaces that work for women.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and is a Certified Public Accountant.
