Chairman Capital Corp. announces termination of Daymark transaction

TORONTO , Oct. 30 /CNW/ - Chairman Capital Corp . ("Chairman") announced that Chairman and Daymak have terminated the letter of Intent ("LOI") entered into by Chairman and Daymak Inc. ("Daymak") on July 2, 2009 and that Chairman will not be proceeding with the Daymak qualifying transaction as previously announced. The termination was effected in accordance with the terms of the LOI.

The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has in no way passed on the merits of this proposed transaction and has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
