CHAMPLAIN CORRIDOR: End the 2nd work blitz and reopening of the Champlain Bridge both directions

LONGUEUIL, QC, May 18, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) would like to advise road users that at this morning the Champlain corridor is opened completely to traffic on both directions.

It is important to mention that work on the Bonaventure Expressway will continue as planned. The following closures are still maintained:

• 1 lane out of 3 open on Robert-Bourassa Boulevard at the intersection of Notre-Dame Street in the direction of the eastbound Bonaventure Expressway
• Complete closure of eastbound Bonaventure Expressway at exit 4

This blitz allowed crews to work on the replacement of six expansion joints and carry out paving projects on the A-15.
