Champlain Corridor: Weekend Work Blitz 4 Postponed - Night Work on Champlain Bridge to Continue As Planned Français
LONGUEUIL, QC, May 24, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) is advising road users that the fourth weekend work BLITZ for the Champlain Corridor has been POSTPONED due to weather.
All lanes will be open on the Champlain Corridor the weekend of May 24 to 26, 2013. This fourth BLITZ is now scheduled to take place the weekend of June 29 and 30, 2013.
However, night closures on the Champlain Corridor will go ahead as planned the weekend of May 24 to 26, 2013. Two of three lanes on the Champlain Bridge towards Montreal will be closed at night on Friday, May 24, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and Saturday, May 25, also from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
