Ellie Choi has also joined the firm as Vice President and General Counsel based in Toronto. The company is also pleased to announce that Markku Allison, Vice President of Strategy & Innovation and Tim Coldwell, President of Chandos have both relocated to Toronto to support the organization's national expansion.
Greg Stack has 35 years of experience in the Toronto market having spent the vast majority of his career with Kenaidan Contracting. Greg is a seasoned executive who focuses on consistency within processes and policies, resulting in successful project delivery.
Joe Perry joins Chandos from EllisDon and has 20 years of experience in the Toronto market. His experience includes Sault Area Hospital, CIBC Square and MTO Service Stations across Ontario. Joe focuses on building relationships deliver value to clients, design partners and trade partners.
Ellie Choi has 20 years of experience and was previously Vice President and Counsel with Travelers where she led the surety and warranty claim departments. Ellie is an expert in construction law and risk management and has a solid reputation in the Canadian construction industry.
Markku Allison is an award-winning architect who leads innovation at the enterprise level within the Chandos organization. Prior to joining Chandos, Markku worked for the American Institute of Architects where he worked on various industry transformation initiatives.
