Changes on the Boards of Directors of Quebecor Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc.
MONTRÉAL, June 17, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - The Right Honourable Brian Mulroney, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quebecor Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Lise Croteau as Corporate Director and member of the Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committee. She succeeds Andrea C. Martin, who has left the Board, of which she had been a member since October 2, 2017, to pursue new professional challenges internationally. The changes took effect on June 16, 2019.

A chartered professional accountant since 1984, Lise Croteau has an impressive track record in management and finance. She spent over 30 years at Hydro-Québec, including nearly 10 years on the senior management team. In 2004, she became the first woman to serve as Comptroller of Hydro-Québec, and then the first woman to lead the corporation when she served as acting CEO from May to July 2015. In 2008, she was awarded the title of Fellow de l'Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec in recognition of her exceptional contribution to the accounting profession. In 2016, she was one of the winners of the Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards, presented by the Women's Executive Network. In 2017, she received the Ace of Finance award in the Financial Executive of a Large Corporation category from the Québec Chapter of Financial Executives International Canada, becoming the first female winner in the category.
Until recently, Ms. Croteau was a member of the Board of Directors of TVA Group Inc. She resigned from that position on June 16, 2019.
