TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2015 /CNW/ - The race ended on the other side of the globe for married couple Brian and Cynthia in tonight's episode of THE AMAZING RACE CANADA. The Winnipeg police officers struggled in the extreme heat and chaotic streets of Kolkata, India, and were the last team to reach the Pit Stop at the National Library where they were eliminated from the race.
"I've been known to be impatient, but Cynthia is very patient," said Brian. "She is my rock. I love her. I don't know where I'd be without her."
Cynthia added, "He's my best friend and there's nobody else I would want to experience this with."

Episode 308 Recap
The six remaining teams travelled across three continents to the second most populous country in the world, India, arriving in Kolkata. As the winners of the previous leg, Brent and Sean were upgraded to Air Canada International Business Class. In a first for THE AMAZING RACE CANADA series, they were able to choose one other team to join them, ultimately picking Dujean and Leilani.
Once in Kolkata, teams had to re-create traditional flower garlands in the Mallick Ghat Flower Market. At the Road Block at Kumartuli, a traditional potters' quarter of Kolkata, teams had to locate the handcrafted idol with one specific feature distinguishing it from the other idols, guided only by a photo found in their clue card. At the Detour, teams chose between tuck or roll. In tuck, teams had to learn six strenuous yoga poses and perform them correctly for a guru. In roll, teams had to load a rickshaw with supplies to deliver to local merchants, all while navigating through the maze of busy alleys and narrow streets.
Exes Dujean and Leilani arrived first at the Pit Stop at the National Library on the grounds of Belvedere Estate, winning the leg. Host Jon Montgomery greeted them with their leg prize - round-trip tickets from Air Canada to London, England, plus free gas for a year from Petro-Canada.
