Chase Paymentech Solutions and Chase Card Services Canada adopt the Code of
Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry in Canada

TORONTO, May 17 /CNW/ - Chase Paymentech Solutions and Chase Card Services Canada participated in the public consultations with respect to the Draft Code of Conduct that was issued by the Minister of Finance in November of 2009 and have been respectful of the efforts of Minister Flaherty regarding the Code.

Today, we are pleased to announce that both Chase Paymentech Solutions and Chase Card Services Canada are adopting the Code of Conduct for Credit and Debit Card Industry in Canada which will be in force 90 days from today.
