- $50 million jackpot prize - ticket sold in Cambridge
- $311,560 second prize - ticket sold in Orillia
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) reminds customers who purchased a LOTTO MAX ticket for the November 30, 2012 draw that they have one year from the draw date to claim a prize from this draw.
"Look in your glove compartment, purse, kitchen drawer and the pockets of seasonal clothing," advised Tony Bitonti, OLG spokesperson. "We're eager to award these two prizes to the rightful winners before the tickets expire."
The winning numbers for this LOTTO MAX draw from the Friday, November 30, 2012 draw were 3 - 10 - 13 - 23 - 31 - 41 - 45, with the bonus number 33.
Anyone possessing tickets for the November 30, 2012 LOTTO MAX draw should fill in the back portion, sign them and contact the OLG Prize Centre at 20 Dundas Street West in Toronto before 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2013.
