SAINT-ANTOINE-DE-TILLY, QC, Nov. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - The only Canadian winner at Käsiade, the prestigious international competition held in Austria, Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly's Fromagerie Bergeron was honored not once but twice!
By measuring up against the best cheeses in the world, on European soil, Bergeron's master cheesemakers have once again affirmed the quality and originality of their products. Le Calumet and Le Patte Blanche won bronze in their respective categories to take home the only two medals awarded to North American cheeses during this high caliber international competition.
