CHEQ-IT announces stock option grant

CALGARY , Dec. 14 /CNW/ - CHEQ-IT LTD. (the "Corporation") announced today that, subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation intends to grant 1,680,000 stock options, in the aggregate, to directors and officers of the Corporation. The options will have an exercise price of $0.10 and a five year term to expiry.
