Chestnut Park Announces the Acquisition of Bayshore Realty
TORONTO, Sept. 5, 2014 /CNW/ - Chris Kapches, CEO of Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, announced today the acquisition of the Mississauga based Bayshore Realty. The acquisition and subsequent conversion to the Chestnut Park brand is the initial step of Chestnut Park's West GTA expansion.
Bayshore Realty was also the exclusive Christie's International Real Estate affiliate for Oakville, Mississauga and Milton. Bayshore Realty serviced the Mississauga and Oakville luxury market along with many luxury condominium and new sale developments.
